I accept payment by cash, check, money order, and PayPal.
I accept credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) by phone!
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Crystalline Light accepts the following forms of payment:
- PayPal - online shopping cart or invoiced directly to you
- Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express
- Check
- Money order
If you wish to use your credit card by phone, please have the following information ready:
- Name
- Billing Zip (must be the same as on your credit card)
- Credit Card Number
- 3-digit CVV number (on back of card) or 4 digit on front of Amex cards
- Expiration Date
- Items you are ordering, including any inventory # and price

Each item for sale has PayPal shopping cart buttons.
BY EMAIL
Email your order to me at Jennifer at crystallinelight.com (replace "at" with symbol), noting which form of payment you would like to pay by. If you then wish to pay by Credit Card, you can call me at 651-705-6760 Tuesday through Friday 11 am - 7 pm (CST) with your credit card number.
BY PHONE
If the first two options aren't easy for you, you may call me at 651-705-6760 Tuesday through Friday 11 am - 7 pm (CST), with your credit card number.
BY APPOINTMENT
If you live in the St Paul/Minneapolis area, you may make an appointment to see products in person at my home studio in St Paul (near Como Park; note a cat does live here).
SALES TAX
All Minnesota orders will be charged the required 7.625% tax (MN & St Paul city).
RETURN POLICY - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
I guarantee all products, and will take returns for credit with Crystalline Light with PRIOR APPROVAL (do not ship anything back to me without contacting me first, as I will not credit you for anything and will not accept the returned products). I do not take responsibility for breakage or damage during shipping, as I pack and ship very well, and cannot be responsible for its handling once it leaves my hands.
If you are not happy with your order, please call or email me immediately, within 3 days of receiving your shipment. I must receive the items within 10 days, and you are responsible for the shipping costs back to me, including insurance for double the given value. Your return is subject to a 22% processing fee, which is deducted from your order total. (Meaning you get 22% less than what you paid for it; this provides for my time packing, shipping, PayPal or credit card fee's or trips to the bank for deposits, etc.) A return will not be credited until I see the merchandise is intact. I will assign you a credit for future use with Crystalline Light. After 5 days of non-notification about the return, I reserve the right to negotiate the return. I do not give cash, credit card, PayPal, or other refunds.
PAYPAL POLICIES
All orders placed through PayPal are secure and easy. You do NOT need a PayPal account when ordering through the shopping cart. However, once you do create an account and there is some issue with your order, you will need access to log in to that account. If you are unsure of the system, do not create an account, simply use your credit card information.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Allow for 7 - 10 days minimum to gather your order before shipping. In most cases, orders will be shipped by US Postal Service. Personal checks will be held for clearing before the order is shipped. An email confirmation will be sent when the order is shipped. If you wish to receive your order sooner you may pay an additional fee for express or overnight shipping. Refunds or amendments will not be made.
Standard Shipping (7 - 10 days) rates:
$0.01 - $50.00 ~ $7.50
$50.01 - $100.00 ~ $12.00
$100.01 - $150.00 ~ $15.00
$150.01 - $200.00 ~ $19.00
$200.00 + ~ $24.00 or calculated
Additional invoices via PayPal may be sent. Any orders that are heavy or require insurance will be charged a bit higher.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time I am not accepting International orders.
PRIVACY POLICY
All orders and personal information is seen only by me and is held in the strictest confidence. I never see your credit card information through PayPal. Your email address, phone, credit card #, and address will NOT be shared or sold by any means, for any reason, and is not kept on file.

A NOTE ON HOW TO CHOOSE CRYSTALS:
There are 2 ways you can get the right crystal for you:
1) I will "tune in" to your energy and Spirit through meditation, with energetic permission, and will dowse with a pendulum for the correct crystal(s). This method is usually very accurate.
2) I can take photos of all the pieces that are available, and you can indicate which one's you'd like. (You can also muscle test from the photo for yourself to determine which piece to order.)
