Reiki Training

Reiki is a Japanese-based technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is a safe, gentle form of hands-on healing, based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy".

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

Reiki is a divine gift from Spirit that benefits everyone regardless of their spiritual path or beliefs. It is my intent to pass the energy of Reiki on to as many people as possible, and learning Reiki is now available in great new ways. Because of our busy lives and time constraints, we don't always have time to sit in an 8 or 16 hour class. I am guided to offer the Reiki attunements in new ways. My main teaching guidelines stem from Diane Stein's 'Essential Reiki', and my style is very laid back, informal, and highly intuitive. I teach you the basics and encourage you to study other sources. I offer Reiki Training in a variety of ways

Group Classes

They are scheduled regularly in Minneapolis - St Paul. Classes are not only the most traditional way to learn Reiki, but is a

greatly interactive way to learn, practice, and get feedback from others in your area. I am always available for questions

and feedback after your training. Its always a fun, lighthearted class! Pre-payment is required.

Personal Training

We will meet for a few hours to do a regular training, but doing it one-on-one allows for great customization and

personalized feedback. I can teach you exactly what you need to know and skip the stuff you already know. A 1 1/2 to 2

hour (or less/more, depending on need) training includes a personal attunement, a certification of completion, and

practice time. Pre-payment is required.

Online Training

Online learning is a popular growing choice. It is my belief that Reiki healing done at a distance is very powerful, so why

can't training and attunements be done at a distance? No need to seek out teacher in person, which is convenient if you

live in a remote area. This training is designed for people that learn well on their own, utilizing a variety of resources such

Reiki Level 2 ~ "Integrating Reiki"

Reiki 2 is a continuation of the Reiki energy, allowing more of it to enter your energy. It is an amplification of your connection, a bit like turning the radio volume up from 1 to 3. You will be attuned to the 3 symbols used in Reiki 2. Reiki 1 with any teacher is a prerequisite.

Reiki Master (Level 3) ~ "Becoming Reiki"

The Master Level of Reiki is a wonderful gift and a significant responsibility, both for you as student and me as teacher. It is the "final" level of traditional Reiki training (though there certainly are more varieties of Reiki and other modalities to study), and allows one to fully tap into the Reiki energy and Universal Light. You learn the Master symbols, how to passthe Reiki attunements on to others, and attain certification as a Reiki Master. Some practitioners wish to attain Master Level simply for their own benefit with clients, and others wish to go on to teach Reiki. We will discuss what your intent is and I will share whatever information you need, as well as any Teacher information you may desire to have.

My Prerequisites for the Master Level Training (though please know I am flexible on some of these!):

You must have been certified at Reiki Level 2 for a minimum of 6 months (I need copies of your certifications (if they are not from me), even if just a photo of them emailed to me).

You send a letter of intent to me, simply stating your intent for becoming a Reiki Master (and Teacher if applicable). Its really just for yourself, stating clearly what your intent for becoming a Reiki Master (and teacher, if applicable) is to the Universe.

You have practiced regularly and understand the Reiki energy. It is suggested that you have worked with a minimum of 20 clients (family, friends, or "official" clients) throughout the time you started with Reiki 1, keeping your notes and thoughts on each case. If possible I ask to see photocopies of the notes, but can be just a portion of them.

You have read a number of Reiki books or articles to understand more of the history, methodology, etc.

You have the Reiki 2 symbols memorized and can use them. (They are required to pass on attunements.)

You have a clear intent to use the Reiki Master level in service to the community or yourself.

In exchange, I offer my support, experience, and ideas for using Reiki, building a business, etc. Reiki circles, volunteering, and other practice things are suggested following your training.

Reiki Online Training

How does Reiki Online Training work?

Register and pay with the buttons below. Once your payment is complete, you will automatically be directed to download the Reiki 1 Manual. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, which is available HERE for a FREE download. You MUST download the Reiki Manual within 48 hours, and you will have 2 opportunities to do so.

I will contact you by email within 24 hours to set up a time for your distance attunement and an online chat (if you feel the need for one, its not required). How does a distance Attunement happen? A time is set up for us to work together energetically from our own locations, we each hold the space for you to receive the attunement, and I do the attunement over "etheric mail" as if you were sitting right in front of me. I believe that INTENT is everything, so you will indeed receive the Reiki attunement whether you feel it or not.

I will send your Certificate by SNAIL MAIL or Email following the attunement.
