The throat chakra is located at our neck over the throat. It is all about expression, communication, and speaking your truth, which can be through speaking, singing, writing, thought, or any kind of expression. This chakra connects us to our breath and the flow of life through breath. Most crystals that are light blue connect us to the throat chakra (but sometimes there are exceptions).

Blue Andean Opal

Andean Opals are opals without the "fire" of usual opals, but I personally think they are much more energetic and sweet. Blue Andean Opal is all about calming and soothing the emotions and releasing old wounds. Feels VERY comforting.
